Poland Quorum A is completed

The Quorum investment under construction in the centre of Wrocław will ultimately comprise five buildings with diversified functions. The Quorum A building, which has just obtained occupancy permit, apart from office space will also offer tenants 340 sqm of commercial premises and over 1,000 sqm of terraces.

We have made every effort to ensure that the entire complex meets the expectations of our business partners and residents, and that it fits harmoniously into the surrounding urban context. I am glad that the construction works went according to plan and the occupancy permit for the Quorum A building was granted according to the assumed deadline.
