POLAND FineTech chosen to complete Lixa

Under the contract, FineTech Construction is to construct two office buildings with a total area of 29,000 sqm.

Signing a contract for the construction of two office buildings of this scale was particularly demanding given the current situation in the building materials industry. This is further proof of the solid partnership between our companies. Lixa, the largest investment in Yareal’s history, envisages the creation of an entire city block from scratch and is a combination of flexible and modern office space with useful service points and open public gardens that are sure to enrich the neighborhood. Lixa City Gardens, a promenade with cafés, restaurants, service points and shops, runs through the center of the complex. These businesses will cater to Lixa’s tenants by day and the area’s residents by night.

So far, almost 49,000 sqm of office space out of the total 77,000 sqm planned has been developed in the Lixa complex on ul. Kasprzaka near the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout in the city’s Wola-Centrum business district. These include the recently completed building C (19,278 sqm), which will soon be ready to welcome its first tenants. The two buildings in the first phase (28,000 sqm) were sold in January 2021 to Hana Investment, a South Korean consortium represented by Commerz Real, for EUR 82.2 mln.

All the completed buildings have obtained Well Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificates, while buildings D and E have also been designed to achieve this level of certification. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in late 2023/early 2024.
