Construction works begin on the new Bellemonde residential complex in Bucharest. The project will cover a land area of over 41,000 sqm and will feature 93 villas and 71 apartments.

International Workplace Group, a global provider of hybrid working solutions with brands including Spaces and Regus, is opening a flexible workspace in Szczecin. It's the company's 30th location in Poland.

CTP has leased 12,500 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal to HelpShip, an e-fulfillment and logistics solutions provider, part of euShipments.com's group and logistics network.

VGP, a European owner, operator and developer of logistics and commercial properties, is continuing to develop VGP Park Leipzig Airport on an area of around 450,000 sqm. A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site of the investment.

Skanska has sold the Nowy Rynek E office building for over EUR 79 mln. The buyer is Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company focused on office premises at selected markets in the Baltics and Poland.

John Dog Group, the Polish e-commerce company specialising in feeds, treats, and accessories for dogs and cats, has leased 4,100 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre.

A new tenant of the Dot Park office complex is Webcon, a provider of business process automation systems and low-code technology. The company has leased 1,615 sqm of space in the building.

Panattoni has leased out over 5,200 sqm to Polpack Zeus, a company that specialises in the manufacture and distribution of packaging solutions. With this transaction, City Logistics Warsaw VII on ul. Bukowiecka has become fully leased.

Mitiska REIM has secured a EUR 40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined GLA of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centers are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski.

Norblin Factory has a new event space. The Event Hall is a 670 sqm area outfitted in an industrial style, designed for events up to 500 guests.

This year's edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on 1 August at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. Funds raised during the event will for the second time be used to support the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the Children's Memorial Health Institute.

The Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use complex in Warsaw is the only development in the CEE region to have made it through to the finals of this year's MIPIM Awards. The complex, which has been nominated in the "Best Urban Regeneration Project" category, was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio and developed by White Star Real Estate. The winners of all the categories are to be announced on March 14th during the awards ceremony at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
