Poland ULI Poland's Game Changers conference in two weeks!

The conference will cover the key issues influencing the development of cities and the real estate market, e.g. innovative technology, artificial intelligence, decarbonisation issues and all the social and cultural changes that are having an impact on our sector. The event will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of ULI Poland's operations. The key conference participants who will share their visions and experience include renowned retail market futurist Howard Saunders, artificial intelligence and proptech expert Antony Slumbers, UniCredit Bank's chief economist for Central and Eastern Europe Dan Bucșa, Urban Partners' head of sustainability Elisabeth Frederiksen, former deputy mayor of Vienna Maria Vassilakou, deputy mayor of Warsaw Michał Olszewski, and Łukasz Płatkowski, the managing director at Gensler.

Those attending will have the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and experience of these and other industry leaders during the panel discussions, presentations and networking sessions. The conference will also address the growing importance of investors originating from the CEE and the Baltic countries, an d will also examine the main investment trends in the CEE region and the growth prospects for our market.
