Katarzyna Kiwińska

Katarzyna Kiwińska has taken up the position of acquisition & development specialist. Katarzyna joined LCP Properties in 2023, initially supporting both the development and acquisition departments. After less than a year, she was promoted to the position of specialist, coordinating the acquisition processes within the LCP portfolio. She is responsible for analyses and financial evaluations of individual bids and supports the tendering processes of ongoing development projects. Prior to joining LCP, she worked at ING Bank Śląski and Prime East, where she was responsible for preparing property analyses and consulting. Katarzyna is currently pursuing a master's degree in corporate finance management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
