Edyta Chromiec

Edyta Chromiec has taken on the position of associate director and has become head of the sustainable building certification and analysis line in Colliers' ESG department. In her new role, she will be responsible for the further development, standardisation and implementation of business objectives and client relations.
Edyta Chromiec is an expert with over 10 years of experience in sustainable construction. She joined Colliers in February 2022 and has since expanded the company's portfolio with new building assessment options and specialist studies related to sustainability strategy for commercial investments. She has undertaken innovative initiatives to raise awareness of ESG topics in the construction sector. She has led certification processes in Poland and CEE countries, where she worked with international teams of designers and engineers.
Prior to joining Colliers, she worked for Sweco Poland as a leader of the Warsaw team leading BREEAM and LEED certifications, and for engineering firm TPF Group in the design department.
Edyta is an architect by training and has also participated in postgraduate studies in energy efficient construction. She holds the only UK accreditation as a Site Sustainability Manager (SSM). Since 2015, she has been a member of the Polish Green Building Association.
