Poland Outstanding Kreo

During BREEAM certification, the quality of the building, its environmental friendliness and the comfort of the occupants are assessed, among other things. Evaluation is carried out at every stage of the project. The method was developed by the Building Research Establishment (BRE).

Once again, we have proven that we are willing and able to build ecological office buildings to the highest western standards. Kreo is already our third - after Warsaw Unit and Wronia 31 - building with a BREEAM certificate with the highest possible Outstanding rating, and certainly not the last.

Supporting Ghelamco's team and coordinating the certification process was the responsibility of Sweco Polska, which cooperated with the developer in obtaining certificates also for its previous projects.

The architecture of the office building is the responsibility of the Kraków-based architectural studio Q-arch.
