Poland Booster Zabrze for business and local community

Office & mixed-use development
LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. The development in Zabrze is a combination of a business complex with offices, service and logistics space with a total area of 111,000 sqm.

The project assumes the creation of four zones. Each is to serve a separate function. There will be energy-efficient and technologically advanced buildings offering business space, a publicly accessible space with a multi-purpose sports field and a food and beverage area, as well as an exhibition space to promote local artists. The complex will offer a green space open to the residents of Zabrze with small architecture and numerous plantings.

This project goes beyond the standard framework of similar investments. It is a space that combines technologically advanced solutions with environmental protection in mind, but also creates ideal conditions for business, sport or relaxation.
Bartłomiej Krawiecki, CEO of LemonTree

Every aspect of the Booster Zabrze project, from construction to its operation, will use technologies that reduce the negative impact on the environment - from the selection of materials with the lowest possible emissions to a range of utility solutions. These include the use of CEM2 cement with a reduced carbon footprint and photovoltaics to power the buildings, and - as part of innovation and testing - the use of bio-panels with marine algae.

Booster Zabrze is another investment by LemonTree in the Polish market, which has completed projects in Mysłowice (51,500 sqm) and Wrocław (11,000 sqm) in 2023. In Warsaw, a project is currently under construction for a business city park in Targówek (32,000 sqm), as well as an office and laboratory building (24,600 sqm) near Chopin Airport. At the same time, another modern building dedicated to tenants from the new technology sector (10,000 sqm) is under construction in Mysłowice. The construction of an urban project in Szczecin (app. 30,000 sqm) is in the pipeline.
