Neinver leases 5,800 sqm at the station

POLAND Neinver Polska has leased the entire 5,800 sqm retail section in the Katowice railway station.
A total of 31 retail and service outlets excluding ticket offices, information points and waiting rooms are to be opened. Tenants include McDonald’s, Subway, Starbucks, Empik Cafe, as well as Natura Drogerie, Le Crobag, and Cukiernia Sowa. Finishing work has already begun on some of the units. Neinver is also building the Galeria Katowice shopping centre, which is to be connected to the station as part of a new transport, shopping and business centre. The project is being developed jointly with PKP (Polish State Railways).
