Beza designs the Nest

The eight storey office building includes 2,000 sqm of private offices and common areas, as well as a shopping arcad for concept stores and a crèche. “It is important to ensure that relationships can be built up (...). We ourselves have worked in co-working offices and will still work with the people that we met there to this day. However, working in such a place every day, you sometimes need a separate space – as designers we had to take into consideration all the various needs and create a co-working space for them that emphasises being ‘together’ rather than being ‘separate’,“ says Anna Łoskiewicz from the Beza Projekt studio. The interiors of the Nest includes a Terra carpeting by Ege as well as marbled internal pillars.

The building is designed by Grup 5 Archetekci
