Tétris has completed the fit-out work on Echo Investment’s new head office in Browary Warszawskie (the Warsaw Brewery).
The design of the Polish developer’s new HQ, on the 7th floor of Biura przy Willi (the tallest building in the complex) was inspired by the history of Warsaw’s Wola district and scenes from the Christopher Nolan film ‘Inception’. As a result, on the ceiling of the lounge there is a wooden model of an inverted city, and each of the conference rooms brings to mind a different stage of a dream.
Echo Investment’s own architectural team in collaboration with the MIXD studio were responsible for the design work, while the complex construction and coordination of finishing work was carried out by Tétris, part of the JLL group.
This original project required precision concerning the details, the use of a wide variety of materials, and the relatively fast pace of the implementation. In the new offices, to achieve the desired effect we used, among others, Ecophon modular ceilings, acoustic ceilings made of Heradesign panels, and Muraspec openwork ceilings, whose installation required good planning and fitting, and, above all, experience. The interiors have a home-like atmosphere, but at the same time they are very diverse due to the materials used, such as wallpapers, carpets, floorboards and micro-cement. Despite the tight schedule and the ongoing pandemic disrupting the availability and delivery of raw materials and supplies, we completed the project on time thanks to the perfect cooperation with the architectural studio and our suppliers.

Echo Investment’s new offices cover 1,200 sqm and feature functional conference rooms, open space, and a “integration-friendly kitchen” as well as a spacious reception.
Browary Warszawskie, which is Echo Investment's flagship project, is situated on the 4.5 ha site of the former 19th-century Haberbusch i Schiele brewery between ul. Grzybowska, ul. Wronia, ul. Chłodna and ul. Krochmalna in Warsaw's Wola-Centrum district. The built-up area of the project, which contains offices, residential, services, entertainment and retail, comes to around 100,000 sqm.
