This is a significant point in the investment cycle, as we’ve had time to take a breather after the rush to make deals before the end of last year – as well as to digest the results of the last year, as they are generally published at this point of the cycle. After a poor start to 2024, the transactions market came back to life in a big way towards the end of the year. And, of course, all of this is food for thought for the year ahead of us. So, along with all the reviews and summaries of where we’re at in the investment markets of each of the main sectors, there was more than a decent helping of invaluable forecasts from each of our expert speakers.

Dr Artur Bartoszewicz.
