Poland Outstanding for City Point Okęcie Logistics Park
City Point Okęcie Logistics Park, a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification with a score of 92.3 pct. The rating places the project among the leading logistics facilities in Poland.

Poland Segro continues to certify
Warehouse developer Segro is continuing to certify the parks in its portfolio under BREEAM In-Use. In Q1 2026, eight buildings in its parks in Łódź, Gliwice, Stryków, and Wrocław, as well as its park in Żerań Warsaw, were certified.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, with the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Urban Land Institute, has published the 'ESG for Commercial Real Estate 3.0' compendium of ESG practices in the real estate industry.

the Designer Outlet Sosnowiec shopping centre has installed a 50 kWp solar panel installation, with all of the energy to be used by the centre.

Poland Idea Aurora takes BREEAM
The Idea Aurora residential development, being developed by Unidevelopment in Radom, has received BREEAM Final certification, which is awarded upon completion of construction work. It is the first residential development in the city to receive such a certificate.

Poland Retro Office now accessible
The Retro Office House office building in Wrocław, owned by Globalworth, has received a Building Without Barriers certificate from the Integracja Foundation, attesting that the building complies with architectural accessibility standards and ensures the building meets the needs of the disabled, the elderly and those with children. This is the 580th certificate awarded.

ROMANIA Platinum for Premium Point and Plaza
The Premium Point and Premium Plaza office buildings, owned by GTC and located in the Piața Victoriei area of Bucharest (its CBD), have been awarded the LEED v4.1 Existing Buildings certificates at the highest ‘Platinum’ level.

Poland GTC signs power purchase agreement
GTC has signed a three-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Ekovoltis, due to which all of the company's office buildings and shopping centres in Poland are to be powered by electricity, mostly sourced directly from renewable energy suppliers, including solar and wind farms.

The LightOn office project, under construction on ul. Prosta in Warsaw, has been awarded WiredScore Platinum certification. The building received 98 points out of a possible 100.

Hungary Budapest One ranked Outstanding
The second stage of the Budapest ONE office complex has achieved the highest possible BREEAM In-Use rating of Outstanding for its operational performance. Developed by Futureal, the building is now ranked as the second most sustainable property in Hungary, certified under Buildings In Use, with the highest ranking building of the category being Etele Plaza, also developed by Futureal.

The Ace of Space powered by Globalworth space, located in Renoma, Wrocław, has been awarded a 'Building Without Barriers' certificate by the Integracja Foundation. It is the first coworking space in Poland to receive this distinction.

The B10 building on ul. Bolkowska in Wrocław has now received a WELL certificate with the highest rating of Platinum. For the developer and owner of the building, Vastint, this is the first distinction of its kind in Europe.
