The Czech industrial and logistics real estate market closed the first quarter of 2026 with very high figures, according to the latest data from Colliers. Around 307,000 sqm of new space was completed, representing the second-highest volume of new construction in a single quarter in history.

They want to check the quality of a product, are pressed for time, or have limited confidence in online shopping, states CBRE in its 'New Consumer, New Shopping Centers' study. Generation Z frequents shopping centres the most often, with three-quarters of them visiting malls at least twice a month.

REINO Capital and Arcona Capital have agreed to jointly build a pan-European investment platform focused on the real estate market. The first project is to focus on logistics assets in Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Resi4Rent is introducing a flat-fee billing model to the Polish PRS market, in which the monthly rental fee also includes utility costs, including electricity, heating, and water. Such billing will be introduced in the Resi4Rent Gdańsk Shipyard development.

Lighting company Glamox will open a new office in Krakow's Tertium Business Park complex and expand its laboratory facilities in Dobczyce.
