The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published its latest figures for the second quarter of 2026, covering Poland's eight largest regional office markets. By the end of the first half of the year, the total stock of modern office space across the cities surveyed came to more than 6.76 mln sqm.

The official opening of the OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie complex is set for August 27. Developed jointly by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum Central Europe, the new retail park will bring over 20,000 sqm of space to the market.

Galeria Jurajska has completed BREEAM In-Use recertification with a rating of Excellent for both Asset Performance and Management Performance. The certification covered over 65,000 sqm.

7R is launching the development of 7R Park Warsaw South III, a modern warehouse park in Sękocin near Warsaw. The project will comprise two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 47,000 sqm. Construction works are scheduled to begin in early August 2026. Already, online tennis equipment retailer Strefa Tenisa has signed a lease for 3,500 sqm.

DL Invest Group has secured over EUR 146 mln in financing from Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks with a total area of around 260,000 sqm. The banks were advised by the law firm CMS.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) is providing EUR 42 mln in refinancing for the Bad Hersfeld Ost logistics centre.

CTP has signed a long-term lease agreement with Quick Service Logistics (QSL) for a new 10,658 sqm built-to-suit distribution centre in CTPark Budapest Vecsés.

Westbridge Poland has advised Skanska Commercial Development Europe on sourcing renewable electricity for two of its office buildings in Poland. Following a competitive tender, the company has secured a green power supply for 2027 for Wave in Gdańsk and Brama Miasta B in Łódź.

On 6 August, the 15th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament for the Real Estate Industry will take place at Warsaw's Monta Beach Volley Club. Eurobuild CEE is the event's media partner. This year, all funds raised will go towards supporting the Ronald McDonald House at the Children's Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw.

Romania’s commercial real estate sector accounts for 54 pct of the loans granted to non-financial companies and recorded a 15 pct annual increase in financing, while the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio, which stands at 6.2 pct, remains below the levels reported for certain segments considered more exposed to risk, according to an analysis performed by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company based on data published by the National Bank of Romania (NBR).

Forvis Mazars, a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, has joined the tenants of Lixa E office building. The company’s Polish practice has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space in the building near Rondo Daszyńskiego, which will become its new Warsaw headquarters. Lixa E, part of Yareal Polska’s flagship office campus, is now almost fully leased.

Japanese electronics giant Panasonic has leased office space at Olimpia Nova in Łódź. The deal is the first to be signed since the building was rebranded and relaunched, with JLL appointed as the exclusive leasing agent.

Apsys’ revitalisation of Hala Targowa – a historic market hall bulding in Gdańsk’s Old Town – is now taking shape. The 19th century building on pl. Dominikański is being transformed into a food hall and live event venue with art exhibition space.

The Inspire residential estate in Katowice's Three Ponds Valley has received occupancy permits for its final two stages, marking the completion of the entire project developed by Okam, The estate now comprises 421 apartments in seven buildings.

Construction of the Takt Lirników residential development in Kraków has reached another major milestone. The project, being developed by Matexi Polska in the Podgórze Duchackie district, has now reached the shell and core stage, allowing work to move on to advanced mechanical and electrical installations, façade works and the interior fit-out.
