The Globalworth Foundation has provided the authorities in Bucharest with office space for a Covid vaccination centre.

The new centre is on the ground floor of the City Offices building and has a total area of 306 sqm, So far, the Globalworth Foundation has contributed around EUR 670,000 towards ten hospitals in Romania and Poland to equip intensive care units.

Now, more than ever, it is vital to stay focused and to assume an active role in minimising the spread of Covid-19 for the safety of our community. Vaccination is the only possibility for resuming normal economic and social conditions, and we know how badly it is needed.

Poland Warsaw developers increase supply as sales stall

Warsaw developers significantly increased the number of new apartments for sale in the second quarter of 2026, but sales fell. They brought 4,753 homes to market, up 66.8 pct from the previous quarter, while 3,840 apartments were sold, a 9.4 pct decline. The increase in supply pushed the number of apartments available for sale to 16,345 at the end of June, up 7.1 pct from three months earlier. Even so, quarterly sales remained 4.6 pct above the five-year average of 3,670 homes, according to data from CBRE and Tabelaofert.pl.
