Dekpol Budownictwo is eentering Romania. In December 2025, the company signed an agreement with a developer to carry out design work for the first stage of a 20,000 sqm logistics park in Bucharest.
The work is to include the development of design documentation and obtaining all required formal and legal approvals including building permits in a design and build project.
This project represents the first significant step towards launching Dekpol Budownictwo's operations in Romania and follows from the application of our development strategy to diversify geographically.Piotr Skoraczewski, COO of Dekpol Budownictwo.
