Romania Dekpol debuts in Romania with 20,000 sqm logistics park

The work is to include the development of design documentation and obtaining all required formal and legal approvals including building permits in a design and build project.

This project represents the first significant step towards launching Dekpol Budownictwo's operations in Romania and follows from the application of our development strategy to diversify geographically.

The entry into the new market was preceded by careful analysis. Dekpol Budownictwo conducted market research, recruited local technical advisors, and established partnerships with local design offices, allowing the company to adapt to a new regulatory and business environment.

Dekpol Budownictwo specialises in the construction of industrial, logistics, commercial, public utility, residential, and hotel facilities. It has three operational offices: in Gdańsk, Pinczyn, and Poznań, and a sales office in Gliwice.
