Paweł Sapek, FRICS – the senior vice-president and regional head for the Central Europe region of Prologis – is responsible for the company’s entire portfolio in the region (Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) with a total area of 4.9 mln sqm. He manages the company's investment and operational activities, including the implementation of its business strategy, identifying investment opportunities, new investments and securing tenants. Paweł has 26 years of experience in the real estate industry and management. Before joining Prologis, he was employed by Segro, Ove Arup and Washington Group. He graduated in marketing and management at the University of Economics in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in logistics management at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate CEE has received the building permission for the construction of two industrial facilities in Pohořelice, located approx. 30 kilometers south of Brno.
