The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has appointed Simon Durkin as Chief Executive Officer Europe, ULI, succeeding Lisette van Doorn, commencing early March 2026.

Poland ULI announces new chairs
ULI Poland has announced the appointment of new co-chairs to its Product Councils and a new Chair of the Young Leaders group. The leadership team shaping ULI Poland’s agenda is joined by Ilona Otoka (Savills Poland), Michał Witkowski (Colliers), Waldemar Grabka (EQT Exeter), Rafał Stoparczyk (Skanska Commercial Development Europe) and Justyna Glinka (Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy), who, as the newly appointed chair of young leaders, also becomes a member of the ULI Poland Executive Committee.

Jarosław Szanajca plans to resign from the position of president of the management board of Dom Development at the end of the year and join the supervisory board. From the beginning of 2025, Mikołaj Konopka, current member of the management board and co-founder and president of Euro Styl, will take over the reins of the company.

Austrian real estate investor S Immo, following the successful completion of the mandatory takeover offer by Prague-based CPI Property Group, has by mutual consent terminated the contract of S Immo’s CEO, Bruno Ettenauer.
