Poland Changes at the helm of Dom Development

Jarosław Szanajca is one of the founders of Dom Development and the president of the company since its inception in 1996.

In the beginning there was an idea. All in all, very specific - we wanted to build and then sell apartments. And that's basically all we knew about it. Almost three decades have passed since those beginnings. During this time, we have become a leader on the residential market in Poland, operating in the four largest agglomerations and selling approx. 4,000 units per year. We have already provided approx. 50,000 apartments to our clients. All this would not be possible without the experienced team of over 800 employees of the group, which has been built over the years. At the end of the year, I would like to hand over the current management of the company. At the same time I intend to support the further development of Dom Development by joining the company's supervisory board. At the beginning of next year, Mikołaj Konopka, who has been a member of the management board of our company since 2018, will take over the position of president of the management board.

In accordance with the recommendation of the current president, Groupe Belleforêt, the majority shareholder of the company, appointed Mikołaj Konopka as president of the management board of Dom Development, with effect from January 1, 2025.

I joined the Dom Development group in 2017, when Euro Styl, co-created and managed by me, became its integral part, responsible for the implementation of investments in the Tricity. Since then, both the Gdańsk company and the entire group have developed rapidly. I am convinced that thanks to the further support of Jarosław Szanajca, together with the entire management board of Dom Development, we will successfully continue the further development of the group.
