Jarosław Szanajca plans to resign from the position of president of the management board of Dom Development at the end of the year and join the supervisory board. From the beginning of 2025, Mikołaj Konopka, current member of the management board and co-founder and president of Euro Styl, will take over the reins of the company.
Jarosław Szanajca is one of the founders of Dom Development and the president of the company since its inception in 1996.
In the beginning there was an idea. All in all, very specific - we wanted to build and then sell apartments. And that's basically all we knew about it. Almost three decades have passed since those beginnings. During this time, we have become a leader on the residential market in Poland, operating in the four largest agglomerations and selling approx. 4,000 units per year.
