Tomasz Mika, has worked for JLL since 2010, and for the past three years has managed the industrial space department. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Tomasz has been involved in some of the largest lease transactions in Poland.

Office team leaders Ida Stankiewicz and Piotr Kamiński have also been appointed to the board. Ida has worked for the company for almost twenty years. Piotr Kamiński joined JLL in 2016 and has been led the office owner representation team for four years. He specialises in strategic consulting for developers and investment funds, and is also involved in developing tools based on artificial intelligence that support business decisions.

Tomasz Czuba, who previously served as a member of the management board and the head of the Office Space Department, has taken on a new role as an advisor to the management board.

Artur Pakuła, who is responsible for the Project & Development Services and Tétris departments in Poland is also to expand the range of his responsibilities. Currently, he is a member of the JLL and Tétris management board in Poland and manages the P&DS and Tétris structures within the so-called Northern Cluster – covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Nordic countries and the Netherlands.

The expansion of Artur's responsibilities, both geographically and functionally, is recognition and confirmation of Poland’s strategic role as a regional competence centre for JLL and Tétris in the fields of technical consulting, project management and Design & Build projects
Mateusz Bonca.

The board is also joined by Mikołaj Tarapata, who has worked for JLL since 2020. He specialises in finance and taxation and also has experience of working abroad. He will replace Savvas Savva, the previous CFO of JLL in Poland and the CEE region, who is stepping down after working for JLL for the last twelve years.

The JLL Poland Management Board currently consists of: Mateusz Bonca (CEO), Paweł Sztejter (vice president) and board members: Mateusz Gołembiewski, Kinga Piotrowicz and Dmytro Havrylenko.
