POLAND Changes at the top for 7R

Łukasz Jachna, the current member of the board and the chief capital markets officer of Polish warehouse developer 7R, has decided to leave the company. He will remain the head of the capital markets team until the end of September this year.

Łukasz Jachna joined 7R in 2018, managing the capital markets team. Since October 2021, he has been a member of the management board.

I would like to thank Łukasz for his contribution to the development of the 7R brand. His professionalism and commitment allowed us to build lasting relationships with business partners, including international investment funds. I wish Łukasz good luck with his professional and personal plans.
Tomasz Lubowiecki, the CEO of 7R

The management board of 7R now consists of four people: Tomasz Lubowiecki, the CEO, Ryszard Gretkowski, the vice-chairman of the board , Christopher Zeuner, the chief investment officer, and Tomasz Mika, the chief financial officer.

So far 7R, which specialises in large-scale logistics parks and urban small business unit warehouses (its 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network), has completed projects with a total area of over 1.5 mln sqm. Currently, it has app. 570,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space under construction across Poland.
