Poland MoMA wins architectural grand prix

The 11th Architectural Awards of the Mayor of Warsaw [11. edycji Nagrody Architektonicznej Prezydenta m.st. Warszawy] were held on June 3rd, at Teatr Studio in the city’s Palace of Culture and Science, with EurobuildCEE being one of the media patrons of the event.
The winner of both the grand prix and public utility building award was the neighbouring Museum of Modern Art, designed by New York studio Thomas Phifer and Partners in collaboration with local studio APA Wojciechowski Architekci. The best revitalisation project was the Cepelia pavilion, by AMC Andrzej M. Chołdzyński as well as Bernatek Architekci i Partnerzy.
