Poland Saski Crescent has WiredScore Platinum

Technology
The renovated Saski Crescent office building has proven to be fully prepared for challenges in terms of technological requirements. The building's full digital connectivity has been confirmed by the highest level of the WiredScore rating – Platinum.

WiredScore is the only internationally recognized digital connectivity rating scheme. It measures and helps to improve buildings’ infrastructure, access readiness and connectivity. Platinum rating is the highest level available by the certifying organization. The awarding of it to Saski Crescent demonstrates the building’s delivery of best-in-class connectivity.

The Saski Crescent, owned by CA Immo, will be ready to welcome tenants in Q1 2024. A comprehensive modernization of the office building is already very advanced. The renovation, which began in the first quarter of this year, aims to increase the building's energy efficiency and give it a modern boutique character.

In achieving WiredScore Platinum certification, CA Immo has showcased its dedication to fortifying Saski Crescent for the long haul within an intensifying real estate arena. By prioritizing digital connectivity as a cornerstone of their approach, CA Immo is affirming its commitment to crafting an exceptional office space for its occupiers and contributing to the vibrancy of Warsaw's urban landscape.
Laura Klair, Head of the Nordics & CEE, WiredScore

The scope of works conducted at Saski Crescent includes new ventilation systems, lighting, access control, lifts, and improving the distribution and enhancement of infrastructure such as cabling and fiber optics, enabling building integration with the latest management solutions. We focus on Class A office assets and ensure that they increase in value over time. A future-ready building is one that not only utilizes today's latest technologies but also offers space for the implementation of future technologies that are currently unknown to us.
Aleksandra Niziołek, Technical Asset Manager at CA Immo

The process of technological revitalization of Saski Crescent was supported by Colliers’ experts.

The Saski Crescent office building, offering 15,000 sqm of rental space, will be also a subject of certification in the BREEAM and WELL systems. CA Immo plans to modernize Saski Point, an office building located right next to Saski Crescent in the next step.
