Poland Hi Tech bicycle storage comes to Norblin Factory

The system was created by Spanished based company Ma-Sistemas, which has already installed similar systems in Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, and Israel. Users place their bicycle as well as any other personal belongings in a box which is then locked before descending into a multi-storey storage facility. The process takes less than 15 seconds and retrieving a bicycle is just as quick. Bicycle storage will remain free until the end of May, after which a charge will be introduced in June of 1 PLN per hour payable through the Norblin Factory app. Additionally, there will also be twelve external bicycle stands, with their number to increase to 22 by the end of May. Furthermore, an additional 200 bicycle spaces have been reserved for the centre’s employees, who will also have access to locker rooms, showers, and a repair station.
