Our first conference of the year is always timely, as it provides us with a review of where things stand at the end of the first quarter; but this time around, sharing data and forecasts for the year ahead of us seemed especially important as new clouds of geopolitical uncertainty storm form on the horizon.
As always with this annual event, sometime after 9 am, the guests began to filter into one of Warsaw’s most modern and prestigious hotels and conference centres – the NYX hotel, which forms part of the Varso complex that has revitalised a key site in the very centre of Warsaw. And, since that’s what real estate developers and investors are supposed to do, the venue was particularly fitting.
