Poland New look for Otis offices

The modernisation work covered over 1,400 sqm with 135 workstations and a reception desk for two people. Employees have access to 12 meeting rooms that can seat a total of 90 people as well as to several privacy booths.

The layout was replaced with an open-plan, increasing the number of workstations and improving internal communication. The space also includes additional amenities such as a mother-and-baby room. New carpets were laid, the finishings were modernised, and the interior colour scheme refreshed. The work was carried out in three stages, with the offices remaining operational throughout the renovation.

The complexity of the project was compounded by the simultaneous completion of work for the neighbouring tenant, Carrier, part of whose office was taken over by Otis, thus the work had to be coordinated for both tenants.
