BPI opens virtual sales office

All the sales representatives for each project by the Belgian residential developer will now be available by phone and online. The company’s traditional sales offices have closed and remote operations have also been introduced for its Polish head office.

The developer has also announced that its ongoing projects are being carried out without any disruption.

“We are aware that, despite the entire market’s attention being on the epidemic, Poles’ residential needs have not disappeared. That’s why we’ve introduced remote contacts with our representatives, including video conferences and we’ve had great interest in this form of contact,” insists Wojciech Smolak, the sales and marketing director of BPI Real Estate Poland.

The developer has stated that this year it will complete almost 730 apartments in four projects: Vilda Park in Poznań, Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław as well as WolaRE and Rezydencja Barska in Warsaw.

“The work on these projects and the sale of the units is nearly over. They are currently 80 pct sold,” reveals Wojciech Smolak.

Contacting BPI’s virtual sales office does not require the installation of additional software and can be done from a range of devices, including personal computers, smartphones and tablets.
