Build Europe pushes post-coronavirus action plan

EUROPE Build Europe, an umbrella organisation for EU-based residential developers and constructors, has presented its recommendations for helping the sector in the EU emerge from the post-Covid19 economic crisis.
As the organisation points out: “The demand for new housing stock remains at historic highs. But right across Europe, construction has slowed, or stalled, and the delivery of new housing stock has been hampered. Furthermore, the pressure which national and regional administrations are experiencing is threatening to create serious delays in the granting of building permits and exacerbates the problems faced by prospective home buyers.
