AFI Braşov now to open in the autumn

ROMANIA AFI Europe Romania has announced that it is rescheduling the opening of its AFI Braşov shopping and entertainment centre due to the pandemic.

The 45,000 sqm gla mall, an investment of EUR 170 mln, was due to open in this quarter of the year, but the opening has now been moved back to the autumn, if the situation permits.

Along with shops AFI Braşov will include a gym, a restaurant zone, a cinema, play areas and a green terrace.

Warsaw ranks as the fourth least affordable capital for a single person, with essential monthly expenses, including housing, food, transport, personal care and leisure, totalling EUR 1,836. With the average net salary standing at EUR 1,911, these costs absorb 96.1 pct of typical earnings, leaving residents with just EUR 74 per month. Only Lisbon, Tirana, and Athens offer worse affordability among the 37 capital cities surveyed by Tradingpedia.

The world’s largest logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after having moved in.
