Develia fears Covid-19 impact on business

Coronavirus
POLAND Wrocław-based developer Develia (formerly LC Corp) has announced that the disruption caused by the pandemic could have a significant and potentially serious impact on the current operations of the company and its groups.

The impact can already be seen, mainly in the revenues generated by shopping centres (Develia group’s companies are the owners of two shopping centres in Wrocław: Arkady Wrocławskie and the shopping gallery in Sky Tower), the level and rate of sales of apartments, the delays in project execution as well as availability and terms of new financing.

The management board has undertaken specific measures in order to limit the negative impact of the crisis situation to its business.
