POLAND Rent payments have been suspended for all tenants in the Sukcesja shopping centre in Łódź.
According to Krzysztof Apostolidis, the CEO of Fabryka Biznesu, the owner of Sukcesja, the rent exemption covers the period from March 14th until the centre can resume its full operations. “The company’s management was unanimous on this issue: we need to help tenants survive during this extremely difficult time for all of us, and support them in maintaining their companies and workforce.
