operating on the Polish market for several years now. How has the perception of coworking changed during that time? Has flex ceased to be an “alternative” solution and become an integral part of the office market?

When we opened our first location at Hala Koszyki in Warsaw, it was aimed mainly at small businesses, sole traders and freelancers. This was also reflected in the way we designed our spaces – small office modules dominated, intended for teams of up
to 12 people. The boutique format, which
Mindspace still represents today, stood out on the Polish market from the very beginning thanks to its high standard of fit-out and hospitality-inspired service. It was a completely new approach compared to the operators already present in the country at the time. The pandemic
