We talked to Michał Kwinta, managing director of Mindspace in Poland and director of Global Strategic Projects, about the maturation of the flex market in Poland, the growing role of corporations, the changing approach of office landlords and the future of the coworking sector

operating on the Polish market for several years now. How has the perception of coworking changed during that time? Has flex ceased to be an “alternative” solution and become an integral part of the office market? When we opened our first location at Hala Koszyki in Warsaw, it was aimed mainly at small businesses, sole traders and freelancers.
