Marvipol has launched sales for suites in its latest hospitality project, Unique Hotel Kołobrzeg. The five-star complex, comprising 227 suites, ranging in size from 25 to 104 sqm.will be built at ul. Sułkowskiego 7 in Kołobrzeg.

International IT services provider Senetic has leased more than 6,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at Prologis Park Chorzów.

Singu, a European platform for managing commercial property, has today announced the acquisition of QRmaint, one of Europe's fastest-growing providers of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) software.

The Polish branch of the Westbridge Group, has advised TriGranit on the procurement of renewable power for the Bartók Ház in Budapest. The mandate covers the power supply for the 2027 and 2028 supply years, highlighting Westbridge Poland’s increasing involvement in supporting commercial real estate clients across Central and Eastern Europe.

Developer Quantum Real has launched its first project in Poland and has begun the construction of the Quantum Gliwice logistics park. North Coast, a distributor of Mediterranean foods, is the first tenant.

GTC has received an occupancy permit for Centerpoint 3, the latest building within the Centerpoint complex in Budapest’s Váci Corridor.
Infrastructure
Budimex has begun a full-scale refurbishment and modernisation of Grudziądz railway station on behalf of Polish State Railways (PKP). Delivered under a design-and-build contract, the project includes restoring the historic station building while preserving its modernist character, improving accessibility, and creating a safer, more comfortable environment for passengers.
Retail & leisure
Construction of a modern retail park on ul. Spółdzielców in Mierzyn, just outside Szczecin, is entering its final phase. The project, developed by RWS Investment Group, is set to open in the third quarter of 2026 and will bring around 11,000 sqm of retail and service space to the local market.
Residential
Atal has put 319 apartments on the market as part of its latest development in Poznań – Atal Unii Lubelskiej. The project is being built on ul. Heleny Tadeuszak in the city's Rataje district.

Two new brands have recently entered Galeria Mosty in Płock: the Taste Asia restaurant and the Lux Nails nail salon.

Star Capital Finance (SCF) has been in the news again recently with the EUR 110 mln acquisition in a joint venture of a portfolio of six Polish retail parks. This followed the purchase of the Jantar shopping centre in Słupsk earlier this year and its entry into the Romanian market. In 2024, it made an even bigger splash with the EUR 285 mln deal for six Polish shopping centres – which was voted CEE Transaction of the Year at the Eurobuild Awards. So, we spoke to the CEO of the Prague-based investor, Josef Malíř, about SCF’s approach to the ever-changing retail sector.

French fund manager MNK Partners has entered the Polish market with the EUR 2.8 mln acquisition of a 4,000 sqm warehouse and office complex in Lubin.

Mogo România, part of Latvian fintech company Eleving Group, has relocated from Timpuri Noi Square to Business Garden Bucharest (both developed and owned by Vastint Romania), almost tripling the space it occupies in the process.

Nhood has been commissioned to provide “specialty leasing services” for ten Polish shopping centres owned by Focus Estate Fund. The one-year agreement covers the temporary leasing of retail spaces and outdoor areas connected to the centres.

DL Invest Group has signed Voxel as a new tenant at its DL Piano mixed-use development in Katowice. The company has leased more than 1,000 sqm of office space at the complex on ul. Wrocławska.
Infrastructure
Port Polska has obtained construction permits for two airport fire and rescue service watchtowers. The new facilities will ensure the safety of the future airport and enable even faster response to emergencies.

Milkrite InterPuls has signed a pre-let agreement to expand its operations at Segro Centre Wrocław, Avicenny by more than 3,700 sqm.

Warsaw's office market headed into the second half of 2026 with falling vacancy rates and strong leasing activity. By the end of the first half of the year, the vacancy rate had dropped to 8.5 pct., according to the latest CBRE data.
