As I take the helm at Eurobuild CEE, I find myself thinking less about format and more about purpose. I would not want this magazine to be merely a chronicle of transactions, reports and new developments. There’s no shortage of this. More compelling is what lies beyond the press releases: the motivations behind decisions, the tensions hidden within the numbers, and the trends that are only just emerging.
