Poland Westbridge secures green energy for Skanska

Westbridge Poland has advised Skanska Commercial Development Europe on sourcing renewable electricity for two of its office buildings in Poland. Following a competitive tender, the company has secured a green power supply for 2027 for Wave in Gdańsk and Brama Miasta B in Łódź.
The agreement covers a total of 3.25 GWh of electricity across four metering points. Both buildings will be supplied under a fixed-price contract, giving Skanska greater certainty over energy costs and making it easier to budget for building operations. The renewable electricity, backed by guarantees of origin, is also expected to cut carbon emissions by around 1,836 tonnes over the life of the contract.
