Hungary Green energy procured for Bartók Ház

The newly contracted supply covers around 2.22 gigawatt-hours of electricity per year, equivalent to approximately 4.4 gigawatt-hours over the two-year term. The agreement includes two supply points and is based on a fixed-price model, providing greater visibility of costs for ongoing building operations. The power supply is backed by guarantees of origin from national renewable energy sources. In addition to increasing price certainty, the agreement is expected to generate financial savings of more than EUR 53,000 over the two-year contract period compared with the previous procurement model.

For TriGranit, the agreement supports the sustainable operation of Bartók Ház office building while improving transparency and predictability in energy procurement. The primary objective of the mandate was to ensure the procurement of renewable electricity under commercially viable conditions and to mitigate exposure to market volatility.

With the renewed power supply for Bartók Ház , we are strengthening the sustainability profile of the asset and creating a reliable basis for energy cost planning. This is an important element of efficient and future-oriented asset management, which we carry out on behalf of the building's owner, DRFG Investment Group.
