The Warsaw skyscraper developed by HB Reavis has been awarded the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level, confirming that the building was designed with care for the people working in it, their comfort and safety.

Poland Adgar got the highest certification
The Adgar Renaissance Tower office building has received LEED v4.1 Operation and Maintenance certification at the highest Platinum level. The property, located in Warsaw's Wola district, was purchased by Adgar Poland last year.

LaSalle Investment Management has announced that three of its office buildings in the CEE region – two in Prague and one in Warsaw – have achieved WiredScore 'Platinum' certification. The Czech buildings are the first office properties in the country to receive WiredScore at the highest level.

The first phase of Skanska's H2Offices has earned a Platinum LEED Core and Shell version 4 certification with 84 points. The building also obtained the highest rating of Access4You certification, meaning Gold level.

The real estate market in the Czech Republic is not yet fully prepared for the new ESG-related requirements, according to Colliers. Even construction projects planned over the next few years will not resolve this issue, since meeting strict standards is both procedurally and financially demanding.
