Poland Gold for Varso Tower

The WELL Core & Shell certification analyses more than 100 building parameters that affect people's physical and mental health and well-being. Issues such as access to fresh air, water quality, lighting, acoustics, thermal comfort or sanitary safety are examined. The assessment is carried out by independent auditors who verify the design, documentation and actual operation of the building.

Studies show that buildings designed to this standard reduce many ailments such as headaches, fatigue or respiratory problems. They also promote faster recovery, facilitate concentration, stimulate creativity and reduce stress levels.

The building also has other certificates - BREEAM at the Outstanding level, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Barrier-free Facility.

Varso Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the European Union, on an area of 70,000 sqm offers office and service space, as well as a hotel. The building was designed by Foster + Partners.
