The CMS law firm's headquarters, located in Varso Tower, has become the first office arrangement in Poland to be awarded WELL Platinum certification. Thus, CMS joins the ranks of four law firms worldwide that have an office that complies with the highest standards of occupant wellbeing.
The WELL standard covers factors such as air quality, thermal comfort, acoustics or lighting. The International WELL Building Institute's guidelines are backed by scientific research and the assessment process is conducted under the guidance of independent auditors, verifying all aspects of the project.
