River Garden II/III in Prague has already achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Its tenants include NCR, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Total and Philips. Palác Anděl, also located in Prague and housing such tenants as Toyota, Landis+Gyr and FertiCare, has already achieved BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certification. The third building to attain WiredScore ‘Platinum’ is Wronia 31 in central Warsaw, which also holds BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ accreditation. Frontex and BNP Paribas Security Services are among its tenants. All of LaSalle’s office properties in the CEE region are now WiredScore 'Platinum' certified.
