River Garden II/III in Prague has already achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating

LaSalle Investment Management has announced that three of its office buildings in the CEE region – two in Prague and one in Warsaw – have achieved WiredScore 'Platinum' certification. The Czech buildings are the first office properties in the country to receive WiredScore at the highest level.
River Garden II/III in Prague has already achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Its tenants include NCR, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Total and Philips. Palác Anděl, also located in Prague and housing such tenants as Toyota, Landis+Gyr and FertiCare, has already achieved BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certification. The third building to attain WiredScore ‘Platinum’ is Wronia 31 in central Warsaw, which also holds BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ accreditation. Frontex and BNP Paribas Security Servi
