Poland CTPark Iłowa awarded BREEAM Excellent

The ILL5 building constructed as part of the CTPark Iłowa complex has been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. The building, with an area of almost 115,000 sqm, received a rating of 77.26 pct.

The applied solutions and sustainable operation of the CTPark Iłowa complex will significantly reduce the level of light pollution and cut electricity consumption in the external common areas by up to 50 pct. Later this year, a PV installation with a target power of up to 12 MWp will also be installed on the roof of the development.

In the certification process carried out, CTPark Iłowa received the highest marks in aspects such as water management (89/100), waste management (86/100) and energy (84/100).

Such high ratings confirm the effectiveness of the solutions we have chosen and their real impact on improving our planet. Energy efficiency or minimising the level of embedded and operational carbon footprint are among the factors we consider in great detail when designing and erecting our facilities.

The ILL5 hall covers an area of app. 115,000 sqm and was commissioned in 2023. CTPark Iłowa complex is in the immediate vicinity of the A18 motorway under construction, leading to the German border. It is also part of the future education and logistics cluster in the Żarsko-Zagański Functional Area. The investment's tenants include companies such as Saint-Gobain Sekurit and the Hermes Group.
