The ILL5 building constructed as part of the CTPark Iłowa complex has been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. The building, with an area of almost 115,000 sqm, received a rating of 77.26 pct.
The applied solutions and sustainable operation of the CTPark Iłowa complex will significantly reduce the level of light pollution and cut electricity consumption in the external common areas by up to 50 pct. Later this year, a PV installation with a target power of up to 12 MWp will also be installed on the roof of the development.
