The U-Center 2 office building in Bucharest, realised by Forte Partners, has achieved LEED v4 certification with a Platinum rating. The certification process was coordinated by BuildGreen.
Phase II of the complex received 88 points during certification. U-Center 2 is a carbon-neutral building and uses energy exclusively from renewable sources. Among other things, it has a rainwater utilisation system, and to maximise the efficiency of temperature control, the office building uses weather-aware software.
