EurobuildCEE first reported on this project in June 2020. Formal and administrative procedures could begin only after the local spatial development plan for the investment area was adopted by the Katowice City Council at the end of September 2024. Based on this, Capital Park began working on the construction design for phase one of the project – that is, the central area, which will cover 7 ha. This phase will see the construction of residential buildings with services, restaurants, retail and entertainment facilities as well as public squares, and part of a central park. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2026.
