Anna Korólczyk-Lewandowska, ‘EurobuildCEE’: Since May, you’ve served as the CIO and board member of 7R. How do you see the company’s growth and your new role from this perspective?
Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek, CIO, 7R: It’s a big change, but definitely a positive one. I must say, it’s a fascinating role that allows me to view the business from an entirely new angle. As the CIO, I’m involved in shaping the company’s strategy and business model in a comprehensive way. In this position, I can influence all the factors behind our growth – primarily, securing capital, but also deciding on how to allocate it. It’s a role that allows me to connect all areas of our operations: business activities, operations, analysis and decision-making about where to invest, when, and under what financial structure.
