You’ve been the leasing manager of Redkom Development for a short time. What were you doing before, and how does that experience help you in your current role?
Sebastian Paciorek, leasing manager, Redkom Development: I worked for a large electronics and household appliances brand as the head of real estate, and also for a clothing retail chain. You could say that now I’m on the other side of the table, which helps me understand tenants’ concerns and reach them more effectively. I also know there are issues that, in practice, aren’t crucial for tenants but are often used as bargaining chips – along the lines of: “I’ll give you this concession now, and you’ll give me something else later.” Knowing these tactics means we can reach a consensus faster and develop solutions acceptable to both sides.
