How did Acteeum Group initially enter Poland and how has the company evolved over the years? Tomasz Szewczyk, managing partner, Acteeum: Acteeum Group is an international real estate company. The origins of the firm date back to 2006, when, together with the other partners, we founded Acteeum Group. From the very beginning, our operations spanned almost all of Europe – from the Netherlands, through Poland, and all the way to Ukraine, Georgia and Turkey. In 2009, we officially launched our operations in Poland under the name Acteeum Central Europe, and since then we have focused on the Polish market. From the outset, our activity has revolved around retail projects – both my experience and that of the other partners centred on this segment. This was our area of expertise, and this is where we excelled.
