You have been involved with Hörmann for many years. Could you tell us something about your professional path and how the company has changed during that time?
Krzysztof Horała, CEO, Hörmann Poland: The Polish branch of Hörmann was established in 1992, based on my own company, which I had run in Poznań since 1989. I decided to sell it to the German parent company while staying at the helm. At the beginning, there were only six people on the team besides me, but we gradually began to grow. Our first natural direction for expansion was the capital city, and a subsequent sales office was established in Katowice. We also developed more and more intensively in Poznań itself – starting with an office and a rented warehouse, and then buying a plot where we built a larger facility.
