The BTS facility, which has been built in an investment valued of almost EUR 34 mln, comprises 18,000 sqm of floor space. Within its walls, the Ocado automation system is in operation, and the building has been fully adapted to the requirements of the e-grocery process. But what does this actually mean? The Ocado system is based on the integration of robotics, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
