Slate Asset Management made the headlines towards the end of last year with the announcement of a deal to acquire, together with Ares Management, a portfolio of retail parks in Poland from Trei Real Estate. To find out why this North American player has joined the ranks of other investors entering the country right now, we spoke to Brady Welch, the company’s founding partner and co-chief executive officer
Nathan North, ‘EurobuildCEE’: You are in the process of acquiring a portfolio of retail parks from Trei Real Estate in your first transaction in Poland.
